1. Medical Services by Med Vac:
Refers to emergency medical evacuation of patients both offshore and onshore. It consists of a patient evaluation and a quick, high quality and efficient by air as well as ground transportation. Critical, clinical or surgical patients will be transported by trained staff up to his/her arrival at the hospital for definitive teatment, as well as his/her hospital stay follow-up.
This service is reccommended to all patients for whom a diagnostic approach and an emergency teatment is impending and essencial for the preservation of patient's health.
The transportation of critically ill patients is carried out with experienced medical staff in Intensive Care Ambulances, helicopters, and medical jets, all of which containing state-of- the-art life-support equipment.
Coverage of services comprises all southeastern, northeastern and northern regions of Brazil, including hospital assistance in accredited hospitals in the capitals of the States.
Should international Med Vac be needed, we count on a staff of medical doctors trained and qualified to accompany the transportation of patients abroad, regardless of flight duration, or destination.
2. Medical support on the phone - Call Center
We offer integrated mobile and conventional telephone services 24/7 for all kinds of emergency or needed.
We render all support, bedside assistance and transportation with medical doctors successfully trained in the toughest programs of pre-hospital assessment, as well as in-hospital assitance that a patient may need.
We offer home-call medical appointments, psychiatric assitance and evaluation , medical appointments for all kinds of clinical or surgical specialties needed, for adults and children.
We offer counceling as to the best option of medical and hospital assistance in Brazil and abroad, as well as a second opinion, when it is requested.
